The composition of the two Odes that exalt female beauty dates back to the same period of the Last Letters of Jacopo Ortis and the Sonnets. The first, A Luigia Pallavicini fallen from a horse, was composed in 1800; the second, All\'amica risanata, dates back to 1802. They were published together with the Sonnets and in a definitive edition in 1803.
